Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Description:

Design and Development

• Design electrical systems, circuits, and control panels for manufacturing equipment.

• Develop and implement electrical systems for production processes to improve efficiency and safety.

• Create and update technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production processes.

• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in machinery and ensure timely resolution.

Installation and Upgrades

• Oversee the installation of electrical components, machinery, and wiring.

• Plan and execute upgrades or modifications to existing electrical systems to meet production needs.

• Ensure compatibility between new installations and existing systems.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.

• Implement and maintain safety protocols for working with electrical systems.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure the electrical systems meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Process Optimization

• Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend electrical system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for energy savings and implement solutions.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with mechanical engineers, production teams, and other departments to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.

• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Perform testing on electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and system modifications.

• Prepare regular reports on electrical system performance, maintenance schedules, and cost analyses.

Industrial Experience

• Minimum 2 years and above.

• 2 Months Probationary, after that will provide ESI/ EPF

Qualification : DEE/DME/BE
