Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
Address workplace conflicts, ensure open communication, and maintain a positive work environment.
Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Manage payroll, benefits programs, and reward strategies to attract and retain employees.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Maintain and analyze HR metrics to improve decision-making.
Initiate activities to boost morale, satisfaction, and team cohesion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–5 years of HR generalist or managerial experience.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
