Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales efforts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Sales Operations
Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into the CRM system.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production and supply chain teams to meet demand.
Reporting and Analysis
Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and strategies.
Monitor customer and market feedback to inform product development.
Compliance and Ethics
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promote ethical sales practices and maintain a positive company image.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Minimum 2 years and above.
2 Months Probationary, after that will provide ESI/ EPF
Preferable : In SIPCOT , 20 KM radius (or) Residential accommodation (providing free) only apply.
Willing to travel Day and Night (if necessary)
